Welcome to Demarquez-vous, where distinction meets design. By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please review them carefully before placing an order for any of our custom luxury wear pieces.

1. Intellectual Property

All content and materials featured on the Demarquez-vous website — including but not limited to images, videos, product designs, logos, icons, graphics, text, layout, and software — are the exclusive property of Demarquez-vous.

All luxury wear designs, patterns, tailoring techniques, and creative concepts are protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. They may not be copied, duplicated, modified, or reproduced for any purpose without prior written consent.

Any unauthorized use of our intellectual property will result in legal action.

2. Craftsmanship & Production Time

Every Demarquez-vous luxury wear piece is handcrafted to order with precision, artistry, and an uncompromising commitment to quality.

Each outfit requires approximately two (2) weeks to complete, ensuring attention to every detail. Production times may vary based on customization, material availability, and order volume.

Customers will be informed if any delays occur during production. Our meticulous process guarantees garments that embody both refinement and endurance, worthy of the world’s most discerning clientele.

3. Quality & Weather Protection

Our luxury wear is crafted not only for style but also for comfort and performance. Each piece is made from premium fabrics engineered to withstand certain weather conditions while maintaining breathability, warmth, and structure.

Perfect for the modern traveler, Demarquez-vous garments provide refined protection, versatility, and lasting sophistication.

4. Risk of Loss

All garments are securely packaged and shipped with care through FedEx or UPS. Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, ownership and risk of loss pass to the customer. Demarquez-vous is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged packages once dispatched. Tracking information is provided to monitor shipment progress.

5. Shipping Policy

Shipping Partners: All deliveries are handled exclusively through FedEx and UPS, ensuring fast, reliable, and professional service worldwide.

Shipping Times:

• Domestic (Canada & USA): 3–5 business days after production
• International: 1–2 weeks depending on customs and location

While we strive for timely delivery, exact arrival times may vary due to carrier or customs delays beyond our control.

Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are displayed at checkout. We offer free shipping on orders over $100 CAD within North America, shipped using the fastest available FedEx or UPS service.

6. Returns & Alterations

Each Demarquez-vous piece is custom-made to your specifications — including fit, fabric, and design — therefore all luxury wear sales are final once production begins.

If your garment arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at demarquezvous@outlook.com with photos and a description of the issue. Upon verification, we will repair, remake, or replace the item at no additional cost.

Minor post-delivery alterations can be arranged upon request; additional fees may apply depending on the adjustment.

7. Delivery Schedule

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day. All deliveries are handled via FedEx and UPS to ensure secure, efficient, and trackable service.

8. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. This allows you to monitor your shipment directly through FedEx or UPS. If you do not receive tracking details, please contact us at demarquezvous@outlook.com for assistance.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

Your privacy matters to us. Personal information collected through our website is used solely to process orders, deliver products, and enhance your shopping experience. We do not sell, share, or distribute your data to third parties. For full details, please review our Privacy Policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

Demarquez-vous shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or website. This includes delays, incorrect measurements provided by the customer, or issues caused by external shipping carriers.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, and any disputes shall be resolved exclusively within Ontario’s jurisdiction.
